For the first month of school, the 4th, 5th and 6th grades will be working on the following Fitness and Volleyball activities:
- Running.
- Upper body strength exercises.
- Serving - Overhand and Underhand.
- Setting.
- Passing.
- Volleyball Strategy and Play.
For the first month of school, the K, 1st 2nd and 3rd grades will be working on the following Fitness and Soccer activities:
- Running.
- Upper body strength exercises.
- Kicking.
- Passing.
- Trapping / Stopping.
- Soccer Strategy and Play.
